If you are part of the QM Tribe, you know that cultivating the male seed for long periods of time and building greater and greater power between you and your lover is a foundation practice for every man and his feminine partner.

This high art requires both the man and woman (or man and man; woman with woman builds a similar energy, but of course not by cultivating seed) to co-create a fusion of masculine and feminine energies. In this way the lovers initiate such a heightened state of enlightened awareness and a potent vortex of power that both are awakened to ever-expanding realizations of bliss as their relationship unfolds over time.

Since most men prior to Q Merging are already predisposed toward ejaculating their seed during most or all occasions of sexual intimacy (as well as in solo masturbation), learning the art of seed cultivation alone or with their partner is critical to the practice of Quantum Merging.

That being said, once the man either alone or with the help of his feminine mate in a partnership (female or male) has mastered the practice of seed retention and is reaping the benefits of sustained ‘Ecstatic Edging’ with increased health, vitality, clarity, love and strength, then it is time to begin to work with the dynamic balance of the optimum time for holding and the auspicious time for shooting the precious seed.

‘As Above, So Below’ is a fundamental axiom in Q Merging. Since the galaxies are infinitely expanding and contracting and expanding again, and all of nature is in a dynamic flux of birth, death and rebirth, we too as masculine lovers want to develop the artful ebb and flow of prolonged seed retention as well as how we offer our sacred seed on special occasions within the mystic dance of love with our lover.

For most of each yearly cycle, as Q Mergers we work to develop our capacity and skill with seed retention, learning the high art of prolonged Seed Cultivation through the practice of Ecstatic Edging. This builds increasingly greater power and energy in the solo man and especially through the atomic fusion where the whole is greater than the sum of the two parts co-created between the committed couple. 

Alone, or with the help of our partner, each QM man gradually masters the first important phase of Seed Cultivation. The first phase is the ability to truly be present with his feminine mate with full sensuality, to make love with her and not a fantasized internal image of her, to develop the ability to stay hard for longer and longer periods of time by learning to alternately relax the pelvic muscles and contract the ‘Gate of Power’ in each occasion of sexual intimacy before emitting his seed, all along deeply nourishing and pleasuring his partner. 

This initial learning phase leads towards the second tier of Ecstatic Edging, which is mastering the ability to not only stay hard for an hour or more in each dynamic occasion of intimacy, but to begin to hold the seed for many days, and eventually many weeks at a time. During this second phase each man will begin to notice many positive changes in his vitality, strength, mental clarity, health, fitness, business ability and sexual power.

Over time this leads into the third phase of Seed Cultivation in which the QM man masters the ability to merge with his Beloved for several hours at a time, day in and day out, and to hold his seed over the course of several or many months and even a year or  more without releasing it in ejaculation.

Is this really safe and possible? 

Yes. Mastering the third tier of Seed Cultivation is an extraordinary accomplishment. This evolutionary choice is life-changing to say the least for each man and his chosen Beloved.

It is during this third phase that Quantum Merging really reveals its magic. When the man has progressed to this level of holding his seed, he has developed his sacred sexual skills to such a point that he is free to fully attend to his lover without much attention to the mechanics of seed retention.

He becomes a badass mystical lover who can stay hard for hours without ejaculating, and regularly take his lover with the power of a thousand buffaloes thundering across the prairie. No passive eye gazing or soft tantric breathing exercises for him and his electrified lover! A third stage Seed Cultivator in Quantum Merging is a fucking gladiator of love, a true mystic warrior.

As you can imagine, this fulfillment of QM Seed Cultivation requires a fundamental change of the mind, heart and body of each man and his feminine partner.

In order to shift his mind, each man has to examine and change the conventional belief that men should ejaculate their seed in every occasion of sexual intimacy. Since puberty, he has been told that this is what manly men do. His doctor will most likely have told him he might get prostate cancer unless he empties his balls almost every day, even encouraging him to do private masturbation if his partner is not available. Yeah, and his bros tell him if he is stressed to just rub one out in the shower. 

This is so old school. The power and strength that a man will develop within his prostate and all his organs with rightly-practised Seed Cultivation blows these errant theories out of the water. He will also ignite the higher chemistry of his brain, activating the ‘happiness hormones’ DOSE, Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins. This is the opposite of QM. In Quantum Merging, the Love Goddess fills the belly of her Love God only two thirds full with nourishing food and champions him to retain his seed so he can Divinely fuck her day and night.

To shift his heart, each man has to learn to view his sexual energy as a gift of precious vitality, cultivating an ever-increasing power of life-force that magnifies the inner currents of his love so much that he can ‘shoot’ it into his lover through his Lingam (the Sanskrit word signifying ‘phallus of light’). His feminine partner likewise learns along with him to open in such a way that she seductively invites and fully receives his gift of light and power, and shines it back to him.

To shift his body, each man has to treat his own physical form and the seductive form of his lover as a sacred instrument of refined energy and light. Every great lover has to become a modern-day yogi. To be a rockstar lover each man has to become more open, more flexible, more aware of his body as a vehicle of love and light even as he keeps it strong and powerful. Strength training, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and yoga/chi kung/pranayama are the trifecta of physical cultivation for a man. A QM man hits the gym, rocks his sprints and gets on the yoga mat every damn day!

How can a man hope to transmute his own seed into an Elixir of Love ~ cultivating his seed to always be ready to shoot his lover full of light on a daily basis or one day to either consciously create a super-powered baby or to offer his potent seed as a gift of Liquid Light to his Beloved ~ unless he honors his and her mind, heart and body as a temple devoted to the high art of sacred living?

These shifts from old beliefs and habits to new understandings and choices of power in the life of any man are huge. Quantum in fact. These masculine Choices of Power establish the pillars of the complete way of Quantum Merging.

The foundation practice in QM is learning to retain and cultivate the seed and build power alone or with a lover. This is what we call ‘Ecstatic Edging’. ‘EE’ is basically the art of being brought to the edge of orgasmic ejaculation again and again for longer and longer periods of time, but not ending the solo or partner occasion with the usual release of the seed. You can learn and practice this alone with excellent benefits, and of course the greatest expression of it will be with your lover within the sacred container of your committed relationship.

It is said in the Taoist and Tantric traditions that one drop of semen is equal in energy to one thousand drops of blood. Semen is understood to hold the energy of the ‘original Spirit’ in every man. In fact, every time a man emits his semen, he is giving away a huge burst of his precious life-force. This is one reason why women traditionally outlive men, because men are unknowingly and gradually weakened from a lifetime of continuous seed emitting through masturbation and conventional sex. Semen when rightly cultivated in a healthy man literally becomes ‘liquid light’.

Once the man has mastered the basics of Q Merging and understood and cultivated his seed to this extent, then it is time to explore the most auspicious timing and occasional celebratory way to offer his lover the precious gift of his liquid light.

 Men, Be As Strong As A Bull Elk 

                       
“We have to grow some fucking antlers like him!”

I shouted this to my two male friends as we stood on a ridge high in the Colorado Rockies looking down at a herd of grazing Elk, where one magnificent bull stood proudly at the edge of the meadow.

“We have to learn how to be as strong as that bull Elk! Are you kidding me, look at him. Two miniature trees are growing right out of the top of his head!”

I reflected on the power and force necessary to grow two huge antlers from the bones of his skull. Immense power. Where does that power come from? How is it possible that forty pounds of bone can shoot up into the sky from his head every year?

As the ancient sages did, we can observe Nature and learn how to live in alignment with the flow of life. 

Science tells us that the bull Elk only mates for about one month in autumn each year, and then the other eleven months he conserves his seed and literally uses that energy to grow two huge antlers that rise from his head.

As men training to be mystic warriors in Quantum Merging, what can we learn from the bull Elk? 

How about this?

Mate prolifically like the bull Elk in rut during a consciously chosen moment to co-create a child with your lover if and when that is your desire. Otherwise if you are choosing to be sexual but not procreate, make the extraordinary decision to hold your seed. Make the decision to only shoot your seed as a gift of your manly power to your feminine mate once a year, or perhaps at most during a few special occasions spread out over the duration of each year. 

Choose the mystic warrior’s way of holding your semen while still making love with your mate as often as possible throughout each year, all the while building and cultivating your greatest power as a man. 

Cultivate your seed like the bull Elk for most of each year, and grow your own antlers. Your ‘antlers’ are your strength, stamina, creativity, abundance, integrity, spirit and power as a man that rise up through you as you cultivate your seed and merge ecstatically with your mate in the way of the mystic warrior.

What if the truth of our human experience as men is that we are sexually designed to be very much like the bull Elk? What if we are inherently designed to procreate during a specific finite time period (when and if we want to consciously conceive a child) that is full of passion, testosterone and an abundance of semen, but otherwise conserve our precious seed for most of the rest of the year?

Men, what if the same organizing power of Nature that moves in a bull Elk is in our bones too?

What if we have had it all wrong as sexual men? What if we have been principally using sex for self-pleasure, stress release and occasional procreation, instead of as an extraordinary generative power that is actually meant to be retained, cultivated and harnessed within us?

Men, what would happen to our strength and power if we can learn to grow our own ‘antlers’ through the act of holding our seed for most of the year while still being profoundly sexual beings? 

Of course our manly ‘antlers’ are not literal bones rising from our skulls, but are the visible expressions of the creative pursuits of an alpha male who has maximum life-force power available to him all year long. 

As conscious men, we do not have to be celibate for eleven months like the bull Elk. If we embrace Quantum Merging we can be sexually intimate with our mate as often as we choose, throughout every season, all year long, once we learn to cultivate and hold our seed while we build our most magnificent manly power.

Think on these things. 

Contemplate the power, balls and rack of the regal bull Elk. 

Let’s cultivate our seed, embrace our lovers like magnificent mystic warriors and grow some fucking awesome antlers!
